One System for Every Channel: Unifying Wholesale, Retail, Marketplace and HR for a Fashion Brand
One-liner
An internal web platform that unifies wholesale, in-store POS, marketplace sales, inventory, finance, and employee attendance for a Muslim fashion brand, all under one login and one product catalog.
Overview
Ayesha sells modest fashion (gamis, hijab, tunics, sets) through several channels at once: wholesale resellers, offline stores and exhibitions, and marketplaces like Shopee and TikTok Shop. Each channel used its own tools and records, so stock levels, revenue, and customer data were scattered and often out of sync.
I designed and built a modular internal platform where every team works in its own workspace (Backops, POS, Wholesale, E-Commerce, and Attendance) while sharing a single source of truth for products, stock, and sales.
The Problem
- Stock was tracked separately per channel, causing overselling and mismatched inventory.
- Revenue from wholesale, stores, and marketplaces had to be combined manually.
- Marketplace orders and payouts had to be checked one platform at a time.
- Attendance and payroll records were handled outside the system.
The Solution
A module launcher that routes each user to the workspace they need:
- Backops (Master Dashboard). Combined sales across all channels for any date range, plus master products, stock opname, finance, reports, and HR.
- POS. Fast cashier interface with location switching (store or exhibition booth), barcode/QR scanning, category filters, real-time stock and sold-out states, walk-in or registered customers, manual and promo discounts, and multiple payment methods.
- Wholesale. Reseller orders and invoices with online/offline tracking, down payments, automatic cancellation of unpaid invoices, shipments, refunds, and exportable best- and lowest-selling product reports.
- E-Commerce. Shopee and TikTok Shop integration with order sync, gross vs. net revenue, released vs. pending payouts, listing status, returns, and centralized categories, brands, and attributes.
- Attendance. Employee self-service check-in/out with selfie and geolocation verification, leave requests, and personal salary history.
- Usability. Role-based access, dark/light mode, live clock, and a consistent design system across modules.
Impact
- One product catalog and stock pool shared across wholesale, POS, and marketplaces.
- Management sees combined revenue across every channel on a single dashboard.
- Marketplace payouts are reconciled automatically instead of manually per platform.
- HR attendance is verified by location and photo, which reduces manual recap and attendance fraud.
